1. Name three positive qualities you have that aren’t about appearance, sports, or grades.
2. Look around for a beautiful person you haven’t yet discovered, and have a conversation.
3. Stand up when you hear an unkind conversation about someone. A simple phrase to interrupt the flow is, “That makes me uncomfortable.”
