LEADER: In the beginning was the Word.
ALL: The Word was with God.
LEADER: And the Word was God.
ALL: The Word was in the beginning with God.
LEADER: All things came into being through the Word.
ALL: Without the Word not one single thing came into being.
LEADER: What has come into being in the Word was life.
ALL: And the life was the light of all people.
