- What struggles are hardest for teens today? What issues cause stress and make our consciences work overtime? Write a statement describing one of these struggles. For example, drinking makes a lot of teens into people they don’t want to be. Put the numbers plus 1 to 5 and minus 1 to 5 on the walls around your meeting space. Have each person in the group read his or her statement aloud. Every other person stands beside the number that shows how much he or she agrees (plus 1 to 5) or disagrees (minus 1 to 5). Talk about reasons. Move on to the next statement.
- What evil do you see happening in your city or neighborhood? What evil might your group struggle against together?
- If you have one week to live, how would your life change? What you would do each day?
