You might begin this retreat by asking yourself two questions:
What is God saying to me?
What do I want to say to God?
 
For a few minutes each time you turn on your computer
turn to God and become aware of God's love for you.
 
Ask the Holy Spirit to be with you for each part of the retreat
and fill you with peace.

Let the opening prayer resonate in your heart.
Reflect on the readings for what they say to you now.
Look at the photo on your computer--or look out at nature.
